Default Anyone received a message about new software from T-Mobile?

Please Login to Remove!

It directed me to their website to obtain the "new" software. Thought it might be the new operating system, but NOT!

All that were listed were: V4.2.1.107 and Media Manager v4.2.2.14

Anyone else get a message similiar to this? My service is in Southern Calif

Yep - a few threads already opened on this.
There is no new software. Some surmise that T-Mobile want to be sure that people have updated handheld OS on their BBs in preparation of the next DST shift (first Sunday in March).

Exactly. If you notice it says "By 3/8/08. . . " This is when DST occurs. This was exactly as last years message (Sent to T-mobile customers on 2/21/07), "By 3/10/07 . . . install this DST patch" Only difference is now it's included in the OS.
