Its time for me to get a new phone with verizon ,I have been with them ten years now and I wouldnt go with anyone else.

I have been wanting this 8130 forever..The only problem is verizon only has them in silver and pink..I was wondering if anyone knows or have heard if verizon will be adding another color.

I just dont like either of them colors but I want this phone really bad.

also I need to add that this is my very first post an I am new to the forum .

There are no publicly announced plans for the addition of a newly colored Pearl in Verizon's lineup.

I have a black rubber skin on mine and it gives it a whole different look. Something to think about.

Agreed...you can get a black silicone skin that covers most of the Pearl (except screen/keyboard) for about $12 from Verizon. Changes the whole look of the Pearl.

you have to remember verizon trys to maintain there status as a very corporate business. they dont just throw out phones and variations whenever they are readily available, primarily, like tmobile and others. if your looking for something besides silver or pink i dont see it happening anytime soon.

Check out Blackberry Pearl Skins  New Skins and Decals for the Blackberry Pearl including Blackberry Pearl Skins to cover up the silver.

They let you choose between 8100 or 8130 after you click on the pic. I haven't ordered one for my BB, but I had one on my old iPod.

Just letting him know of another option.

I've only been here a short time but I have noticed that people here are pretty friendly and tolerant of newbies like myself. I've been on other board that will attack you if you ask a question that was answered on page 23 of a post 6 moths ago!
