Default Battery Icon

Hi all,

Im a newbie to the Blackberry but love it so far. I have the 8130 Pearl from Verizon. I prefer to use the multitap typing method. However it leaves the ABC icon in the upper right corner and blocks my battery indicator. Is there a way around this or am just going to have to live with this.

Thanks!

yea this happens sometimes, its weird. just open up a text message or anything that requires u to type and hit the shift key or the alt key to "kinda" reset that ABC icon and when you go back to your home screen it should be gone.
