Default Domino as Enterprise Server combined with Outlook

Please Login to Remove!

Hi Guys,

I have a BB 8100 which is setup to use the corporate Domino Enterprise Server. At home I use MS Outlook 2007 for private mail/calendar and contacts...

Is there a way of getting the 8100 to sync its calendar and contacts (not email) with my Outlook 2007 at home while still be connected to the Corporate Enterprise Server?

thanks in avance

Yes, but you need to disable wireless sync of Calendar and Contacts on your device first.

Calendar > Options > Wireless Synchronization = No
Address Book > Options > Wireless Synchronization = No

thanks for your reply... ok, sorry but I have had my device for one day now... Should I setup thing on the desktop software as well?

Will I loose any data by turning off the sync?

Since the device is new to you... I would recommend you discuss your intentions with your company IT department.
They may have policies in place that prohibit this type of use.
Talk to them first.
