Hey there i have a guy here at my work and when he moves emails to a different folder in his outlook it doesn't remove them from the phone? But when he deletes items in his outlook box it will remove them from the phone. We are running 4.1 bes with exchange 2003sp1 we have 115 bb users and i am the new admin (No training) so just curious if this is even possible. They tell me to just figure it out. So any help would be appreciated.
