Go to "Setup Internet Email," login, and resend service books.

And if all else fails, Try a hard reset. BTW. What email provider are you using. With some, you have to either subscribe to the premier service or enable options (on the actual email account, not your blackberry) access to pop.

I had this problem when I first got my Blackberry. I also have a hotmail account. I learned that you have to have the hotmail version that you pay for in order to "sync" with blackberry. I later found out there is a 3rd party application that can help you get around paying the yearly fee to hotmail. Although I don't remember the name of it.

Well I paid the yearly fee and within a matter of a few minutes my e-mails were coming in.

Hope this is helpful.
