Hi. I have been reading up on some posts and I apparently have a low memory issue (6717009 bytes free - i just pulled my battery and now it is 16076413) I have read through and deleted everything that the sites have said (videos, language, all my pics except for the default ones that i cant figure out how to detele, etc.)

i noticed this was a problem when my call logs and texts disappeared, but what is still an ongoing problem, even after battery pulls is a lot of my icons are transparent; compose, saved messages, phone book converter, blackberry messenger.

is this also due to memory? i have no apps on this phone except for facebook. what else should i delete? i dont pay for GPS, so i dont know if there is a gps program i can delete (not maps)

also, if i buy a micro SD card, will all these memory problems be taken care of? kind of like an upgrade or ram with a computer.

The icons are transparent because they have been hidden and right not show all is checked

Highlight and icon press menu/berry button and uncheck show all

Transparent icons mean that the icon is hidden, but you have elected to 'Show All' on you device. You're just vewing the hidden icons.
From the home screen, just hit the menu button and UNCHECK 'Show All' to hide them.

The microSD card will only help with memory issues if you can move media from device memory to the SD card. (Pictures, Video, Ringtones, Music, etc.)

You can't put messages or applications on the SD card.

i tried to install desktop manager on my mac and it didn't work.

You're options are pretty limited then.
Desktop Manager is only for Windows.

hm, ill have to steal my sisters laptop and do it on there
