I have a Sprint 8130 and I cannot unlock my keyboard. I have sent several messages to their support team and I still have not gotten a response. I tried putting in the codes as suggested but to no avail has thi device been registered. Can anyone assist me on this?

try to contact them again from their website. I just dled a new driver for mine and had to get a new unlock code. They responded to me twice. once with a question about a code from my device and once I gave them that code they sent me an unlock code that worked. The response from them was pretty quick.
