I am new to the blackberry, and it seems there are no emoticons on it. Is this correct?

My regular everyday POS phone had emoticons(smileys) on it. Do these not or do i have to cross over to MMS to send these?

You would have to use the POS, they are not even in MMS.

They work in bb messenger, that's all I know of so far though... I haven't tried other messengers yet with it :P

They are in most the messengers.
