Default Can't connect to Browser

Please Login to Remove!

I have a data plan from Verizon Wireless.

I try to use the browser on my phone but it isn't working...

Then it says it cannot connect to the internet.

Is there some special thing I have to put in?

Do I have to call Verizon Wireless for provision for my phone?

Thanks!

RIM Blackberry Pearl 8130.

Try doing a battery pull with the phone powered on and let us know. Did you just get the phone? Also you may need to get your service books resent.

Yes I just got my phone yesterday and we just switched plans. Well my family was on a plan before that didn't have a blackberry plan with it. Then we switched last night and it got approved this morning but I still can't go on browser. I will do what you just said. :] I'll report back in a minute. Thanks!

Provisioning sometimes takes up to 24 hours. You may want to call and check the status.

How do I resend service book?

And how long does it usually take to connect to a site like yahoo.com?

To load the regular Yahoo page for me is about 30 to 45 seconds to load the mobile site about 10 seconds.

I would call your carrier and verify it is provisioned before you go much farther.

It's different since I have Verizon o.o.

And when I try to sign up for the Blackberry Internet Service. It says my blackberry is registered with a different provider... and it says verizon at the top of the page...
