Default can't get rid of the darn profiles icon

Please Login to Remove!

i just got a new 8130 pearl from verizon and am using it in "L mode". i cannot for the life of me get rid of the icon for profiles off the main "L" screen. i can move all the other icons around but the profiles one will not go away, even if i move it all the way to the bottom of the applications menu page or even if i hide it. how do i move this thing?

while i am at it, does anyone know how to get the phone to stop making that buh-buh-buh-buh-beep noise when i press and hold 1 to get my voicemail? it's an annoying noise when i'm in public.

thanks!

heres and idea, how about using a different theme? some themes are made that way and you can only change so much. as for the tone when pressing the number buttons. that is a feature designed for govt use and you can NOT disable it. I already talked to RIM about that and they confirmed that.

I don't get any beeps?
The only time I did was when my password for my voicemail was stored and it would type it in for me...
But I just hold my 1 key, and its quiet

I just tested it. As far as on my phone, it's always there as "call voice mail"

if you go into the phone app, hit menu > call voicemail it is calling your voicemail. it has nothing to do with having a voicemail or not.

I don't know if this helps or not - but on my Pearl, I do not get beeps and have my "key tones" set to off (Options>Screen/Keyboard>Key Tone: Off)
