I am using Windows Live Hotmail (if that makes any difference) with a @msn email address.
I have tried it again too two different email addresses and I get this everytime.

What is a "custom domain"? I would think it is any domain except "yahoo, google, ect.."
Maybe I am just not seeing it. How long have you had your email. I have attempted this on a new address and one I have had w/hotmail.com for 6 years?
