Default Anyone lose data from BES

Please Login to Remove!

Hi All.. I've been experiencing this for a couple of months now...

Around the morning of the 1st of each month, all of my messages, my call logs self-delete. It's interesting because it's only happened on the pearl. I'll be looking at the messages screen one second, and then next, i have no messages.

I go back to my laptop and look at all the messages from my work inbox, and they are all there. But for some reason, they are gone on my BB. I have the keep messages option set to forever, but it never happens...

I used to have the 7105 model, and recently the 8700g, and never encountered the problem.

anyone have any advice to offer?

Thanks!

Stupid question. In your email settings on the phone (and in the BES) what setting do you have for the number of days to keep messages?

So I had this same prob. Apparently it's a memory thing. When you have too many messages saved and memory use gets too high the Pearl will just start "freeing" memory. It does this by first attacking your message inbox.

No man. Ha ha . I meant that my question I was about to ask was a stupid question. I didn't meant that your question was stupid. Ha ha ha Sorry about the misunderstanding.
