Default Viewing attachments

Please Login to Remove!

Hello well I had my pearl for quiet a while now since I got it I always have an issue opening attachments on my msn accnt I just got some pics of my frinds and can't even download them any help please ....

When they are emailed to you from your friends, does the email show an attachment? Opening and viewing JPGs should be no problem, hover over the attachment, press Menu and View Attachment or Open Attachment.

What is your experience?

are you receiving any error message or is the attachment just not showing in the email at all?

Well the attachments don't appeer to be links so it won't highligth or give me any options I appreciate your help.

sometimes you just have to move your cursor to the end of the attachment name and then from the menu you can choose to view the attachment

I get that sometimes with no attachments, but most of the time I can view them without issue. I also use empower, so I don't know if that helps with viewing attachments easier.
