I'm partial to the Freedom Keychain GPS 2000. I've used it with my 8100 and my 8320, both.

Bluetooth is a feature of the phone. I purchased the Freedom Keychain GPS and use it with TeleNav and Google Maps.

Yes, the 8100 has bluetooth. The 8120 has wifi that the 8100 doesn't have. Just about all BB's have had bluetooth since the 7290.
