I bought my girlfriend a 8100 from Cingular but her carrier is SunCom. I've bought what I thought would be the unlock code, but these companies keep saying sorry and that are unable to find or produce an unlock code. There is this place locally that opens Monday that says they can unlock it. We'll see...I was just wondering if anyone has had any luck in this area, as far as unlocking an 8100 for SunCom.

sometimes the unlock codes are not available in the data base not sure why. They may have a method to unlock it
