I looked high and low through this forum and could not find my post from about a week and a half ago. It has been deleted. Also, I had to RE-register. What's up with that? Anyway, I have been trying to RESEND SERVICE BOOKS from my Pearl and cannot figure out how to do it. About every few days, I will do a battery pull so the phone reboots or whatever. It seems like every once in a while e-mails stop coming in and then I have to do that. Well, can someone please tell me how to resend service books from the PHONE itself?

If you registered after Mar 3, then your registration was lost, along with any posts made after that date. They weren't deleted, just lost.

To resend the service books, run the Setup Email Icon. If you can't see it, then press the menu button and choose Show All. Log in and send your Service Books.

I can log onto BIS on my laptop but the other day there was a way to resend service books on the phone itself and now I cannot find it.

If you run the Setup Email icon, on your Phone, it will take you the BIS site, where you can send your Service Books.

As far as I know, any Setup Icon on your PC would be for something on your PC.
