Default Music on the BB Pearl

Please Login to Remove!

I am still trying to figure out how to get music on my BB Pearl. I downloaded some site called "Xplayer" and now I want to get it off of my BB. I clicked on the icon and hit the menu key but I don't see anywhere to delete it. So, first of all, how do I do that? Secondly, how do I download music onto my BB to play in the media icon? I am used to VCast from Verizon and the "get it now". Don't know how to do it on the BB. Thanks!

In order to delete the application from your BlackBerry, go to Options > Advanced Options > Applications. Highlight the application, press the menu key, then select Delete.

For adding music (and media in general) it is recommend that you purchase a microSD memory card and load the media files there. Once you have a microSD media card you can enable Mass Storage mode, then connect your BlackBerry to the computer via a USB cable. Then you can drag and drop the files to the BlackBerry.

Cool

I have a memory card in the phone. And, I have never connected my BB to the computer. I have a MAC and I have seen a lot of people ask questions about the compatibility of the BB and the mac. Do I download this software somewhere for my powerbook? Thank you!
