Ok, when I go to FAQ's and type in the word "music" or "resend service books", nothing comes up. I don't know what is going on with FAQ's. I have some FAQ's but I cannot search on there. I cannot find my answers on here either. I just downloaded POCKET MAC and I want to download music onto my Blackberry. Can someone tell me how? I want to know how to put music onto my BB from my itunes AND any other way. How do I get new ringers on my BB? I know these are simple questions for you guys that are pros but I have NO CLUE.

The FAQ wont be backup for a few days. As for music I suggest drag and dropping from your Mac to the Media card. You will only be able to play non-DRM MP3 files on the BlackBerry. iTunes by default uses aac format.

Do you have a MicroSD memory card in your BlackBerry? if not, don't bother trying to transfer any music, ringtones, etc. There is not enough onboard memory. If you do have a memory card then just connect the BlackBerry to your PC via the supplied USB cable and copy the files directly from your PC to the memory card.

As for ringtones, do it the same as above, create a 30 sound clip in MP3 format and place it in the ringtone folder on the media card.

Ok, I DO have a memory card in my phone right now. My BB is connected to my MAC as we speak. When I connect it with the USB cable, the "pocket mac" box comes up with 3 icons in it. 1 is .mac, 2 is blackberry and 3 is sync. Now what? Do I click on sync?

I manage my music and ringtones manually. I am sure a Mac user will be by soon. You may also want to search for Pocket Mac in the Mac Forum here.

Thanks Troy. What's the best way to download ringers FROM your phone without having to use a USB cable?
