I'm looking into purchasing an unlocked Pearl that is O2 branded and I currently have a TMobile Pearl that sometimes works. If I get the O2 Pearl, do I need to do anything to get my TMobile services to work? Will it impact my SMS, MMS, Email (I doubt this), TZones - how do I go about getting these on if I need to do it manually? Anything else I should know about doing this? Thanks so much!

As long as it is unlocked you will be good to go once once you insert your SIM and register. Do you use Fav5?

No I do not use Fav 5 - I suppose thats a good thing?

Thats great, I don't like it myself, but I understand it can be installed.

It will work fine, as when you register the BB to the TMobiel network the relevant Service Books will be sent.

I would however make sure the BB in not locked to any other account and then atleast you can associate it with your own account.

Cool thank you! On an aside, I'm replacing my 1.5 year old Pearl because of this big glitch I have. It has the newest software from TMO from January so I doubt it's that but within the last 2 weeks it has randomly done some weird stuff, like the mute button, call, end being pressed w/out me touching anything, SMS and MMS and emails composed without me touching anything, the enter button gets pressed while I'm typing and all sorts of good stuff. I have wiped and reloaded the software 3 times! Anyone experience this before?
