Plase help me

Dear all

sorry i am new to this thread and new to the world of blackberry

i must say my first impressions are not that good and too be honest you guys are my last resort before i throw the thing out the window

i have purchased the phone because of the email funcitionality it has and what i was told the ease of use, yeah right thats if i ever get the thing working...

sorry but i really am getting to the end of my rope.....

i have purchase a BB 8120 on the Orange plan in the UK, as far as i was told i have the BB email service bundled in with the package

i do not have the option within the phone to setup email account ???

i have managed to get on to the setup email accounts (orange option) again this is very hit and miss as half the time it will not reconize my account details, again multiple tries (frustrating)

any way i do belive i have set up the accounts (please correct me if i am wrong)

hi well i finally sussed it

i was on the correct price plan but you have to phone Orange to activate, this in itself is a nightmare

they have assured me that in 24 hours and after i call them back once again i will be able to email,

ha ha ha ha ha we will see.....

yes they have to activate it on their end because for you to receive emails you have to have the appropriate service books on your device and when they activate it they will send them to your phone automatically. patience is a virtue :) trust me for a new blackberry user it takes some time to get use to the device but once you do you will never go back to any other phone.
