Default Where is 8130 WiFi Option?

I have searched but couldn't find an answer. I know WiFi is supposed to be under "Manage Connections" but I cant find it anywhere to enable it. I was in a wifi hotspot area at my school library yesturday but i jsut cant find it in my phone. I have an 8130 with the latest OS 4.3. Just got my BB 3 days ago

Very easy answer. The 8130 does not have WiFi.
