Hello Everyone,

This is my first post and I must admit I feel a little stupid for not being able to how to go on my internet. I can not find the icon on my menu. I tried to take the battery out for 30 seconds like it said on the FAQs and its still not there.
So please help me!!!! If it helps my network is t-mobile and i am using their internet access on my phone.

welcome to the forums. Do you have a blackberry data plan on your device? also, go to menu > show all (on the main icon screen) and make sure it isnt hidden.

thank you! Im not sure I just know that my internet is provided by t-mobile and I dont have the extra black berry service for online.

I know why I had that stupid feeling, I found out how to get on the net from my phone. Its not the traditional BB way but oh well. Thanks for your help and sorry to waste your time...

without the blackberry plan you wont get the blackberry icon. check out these faq sites
