Normally when the phone rings, you see either a photo ID and the number, or just the number that's calling. Now all of a sudden, all I see when it rings is, the desktop screen.

When I answer it, that's when the caller screen shows.

Any thoughts?

have you tried a battery pull on the device? also go to options > status and post your file free.

I pulled the battery, it did the trick.

you were probably low on space and the device was having a bit of a lag on it.
