Unhappy HELP!!! Lost all info on both devices during 8100/iCal sync

Hello all!
I am new and also very technologically impaired (if you walk me through it once Im fine, but to figure it out on my own- no way!)

Can anyone PLEASE HELP ME!!!!???!!! Or do you know someone who can help?

Due to the fact that I can't download the new patch or software or whatever it's called to my 8100 from my Mac I had lost all bberry calendar info from before March 10th. So I was syncing my 8100 with my iCal this morning in an attempt to recover that info from my iCal onto the bberry device (I have done it before without any problems) I have The Missing Sync instead of the Pocket Mac- it was recommended to me by a tech person from blackberry customer service when I first got my 8100. (Although now I'm thinking I have the crappier of the 2)

Anyway the calendar sync went through fine- I checked the bberry calendar and the lost appointments and info from before March 10th were all there! Then 2 min later the sync had finished and I went to check the photos. They hadn't gone through, but that wasn't my priority so I wasn't concerned.

I went back to the 8100 calendar and saw the events were no longer there! Nothing!!!! ALL APPTs from the past and future- GONE!!!!
I opened the ical and the same there- COMPLETELY EMPTY!!!!
I called my bberry service provider (Tmobile,) but they couldn't help because they are not trained to deal with Macs.
So I a called Mac and they tried to walk me through a few things but couldn't find some folder that they said would fix it. So in the end they said they didn't know what to do because they aren't familiar with the blackberry.

This is soooooo important- this is my company phone! I lost all of my client appointments as well as social events, locations etc.
Someone- Anyone - PLEASE HELP!!!!
