Default Email filters through BIS

Please Login to Remove!

Ok, I went and logged onto my BIS and clicked on "filters". I am trying to get EBAY and MYSPACE emails to STOP coming to my blackberry and only go to my email on my computer itself. On the BIS site, it said to put the words that you don't want emails from and separate them with a ; . I did this but apparently I did something wrong. I am still getting EVERY email that comes through ebay and myspace. How can I stop this?

Use this link as a template. Just replace Gmail.com with Ebay, Myspace, etc.

Good Luck!

HOW-TO: Prevent G-mail "Sent Items" from being sent to your handheld.

Give an example of what you are doing. If you aren't doing it this a way, try filtering on the domain (i.e. @ebay.com).

This is how it looks:

Email Account: MY EMAIL IS HERE

Change this filter by selecting new criteria.

Filter name: NO MAIL FROM
Apply filter when: "FROM" FIELD
Contains: MYSPACE;EBAY

(Note: Separate multiple addresses with a semi-colon)

Forward messages to device
Header only
Level 1 notification
Do not forward messages to device

* Filters using '"To" field contains' and '"Cc" field contains' do not apply to Microsoft® Exchange™/Outlook™ Web Access (OWA). If you set the '"To" field contains' or '"Cc" field contains' for these email account types, you will receive messages on your device when any new mail arrives in your Inbox.

Actually, Thatzmister2u's advice is better: See the link he gave and use the instructions there as your model. And be sure and do as JSanders suggests and be sure and check the do not forward box before you save the setup.

That's exactly what I did but maybe I have to put the @ thing in there like aiharkness said?

Yes, you have to put the @ thing in there...just like the Gmail example shows.

Default Subject filters

What's the correct syntax for a "subject contains" filter with multiple entries? I've tried a space between words, a comma and a semi-colon, but nothing works. I can get it to work for one word only. Thanks.
