Default Tmobile 8100 Software Removal

Please Login to Remove!

I have ICONs that I do not know how to remove.
I didnt install this stuff but its always on here. How do I remove it?

They're delivered wireless from your carrier (T-Mobile).
You can delete them, but they'll just be pushed back to your device.
Just hide the icons, and don't give it another thought.

I create a folder, place the unwanted icons in the folder, an then hide the entire folder. All my trash is in one neat little place.

How do you create a folder in the menu?

You and I can't. It's not available for the 4.2 operating systems. I believe 4.3 and up have this feature, which is not available yet for the 8100.

I deleted them... and the only time they re-appear is if you get your service books resent. They were gone from my phone for 2.5 weeks... After doing a wipe they came back, so I deleted them again... so far they're gone again (it's only been a day though)

If you go to options - Advanced options - service book
You should see something along the lines of Virtual_Preload_Facebook and Virtual Preload Handango. If you highlight them and then delete, they go away.

Like I said, if you ever re-send service books, they come back. But other than in that situation I haven't seen them come back
