Default Three little questions...

Please Login to Remove!

Hi everybody,
I have two little (noob) questions:

1) I installed Keepass for Blackberry but in the main menu (where there is all the applications) there is not the icon of Keepass but instead the icon of a windows terminal (command line icon). Is there a way to have the keepass icon instead? (Keepass works perfectly though)

2) I downloaded JapLite, the free money manager program for BlackBerry (the zip file version) and installed it via the Desktop Manager. However, whenever I try to use it my BB freezes instantly as soon as I open the program. When it happens I have to keep pressing the power button (the little red phone) in order to restart my BB. At that point, a message tells me that the application freezed and that is was forced to stop. Is there a way to make that work? Is there a better application that I can download/buy?Solved; or should I say Avoided. Answer: I bought Ascendo Money which is pretty good.

3) I installed Opera Mini on my BB, but when I open it for the first time to initialize the last part of the installation I get a message: "Failed to Connect to the Internet. Go to http://www.operamini.com/help?version=4.0 with your desktop browser or contact your service provider for internet settings" - the weird thing is that internet works fine on my BB... I went to Option->Advanced Options->TCP and put wap.voicestream.com for APN and kept Username and password empty; result: I get the same message and it doesn't work...can somebody help me please? Solved. Answer: APN for Bouygtel -> mmsbouygtel.com

Thanks in advance

Well for #2, I was not trying to unblock my blackberry, I was trying to make the application work; thanks anyway. I re-did a little search yesterday and I found Ascendo Money which I bought and which is very good. So problem #2 resolved.

Now problem #1 is more like a pseudo problem, but I would still like to find an answer. A good way to solve it would be to be able to change the icons of the applications to custom ones without changing the theme; but I don't know if that is do-able.

As far as battery pulls are concerned... Get used to that. I've had mine a month and I have to do it at least twice a day. There's a program you can get called soft reset that makes it a lot easier, and you won't wear out your backlatch as fast. But seriously, you'd be surprised how many things on a BB can be fixed with a battery pull.
