My Verizon 8130 is OK on my laptop, but my AT&T Pearl won't sync.

How do I get my outllook calender and contacts on it? I need both phones to have the same data.

I tried to sync blackberry to blackberry on the desktop- now the AT&T is JACKED! I'm getting messages on both: "RIM_bca28a80....etc"

You should have no problems syncing both BlackBerrys.

Is the ATT pearl also a personal device, or is it on a corporate BES?



Is the Pearl recognized by the Desktop Manager: do you see the PIN in the bottom pane of the DM?



Try rebooting both BlackBerrys (pull the battery while the BlackBerry is powered ON) hold for 30 seconds, replace and retry the sync.
