Default Problem loading OS on Cing 8100

Please Login to Remove!

Hello All,

I have a 8100 that I am trying to load the OS onto.

Currently, I have the dreaded Error 507 screen. I have loaded plenty of BB's w/ the OS, so I know the procedure.

In this case, I have downloaded the current 8100 OS, installed it. I connect my BB to the DM and begin the process. When the screen goes to which software to load, there is none. I can click "Add", but can not locate the 8100 software.

I even tried an older version of the 8100 os and no luck.

Can you give me any advice?

Thanks in advance!

Do you have any other OS's loaded on the PC? You might try removing them. Otherwise, if you 100% certain that you have the right OS you might try re-installing the DM.

Good Luck!

Wirelessly posted (8310; The Juggernaut)

Deleted the vendor.xml file?

You may need to close DM, and check the tasks running to make sure another instance of DM is not running in your processes. Or even reboot the PC.

Lol my phone just did the same thing upgrading to that rogers OS...
For a second I thought that my search button was broken because it kept saying "No results found" So... here I go trying again!
