Question Using BIS while on BES...

Please Login to Remove!

I was just given an Pearl 8110 from my company and am about to retire my personal 8700r. I activated the Pearl on the BES and then logged into rogers.com/bis to change the device to my new Pearl. Once I did that, only my @rogers.blackberry.net e-mail icon showed up on my new Pearl.

When I try to compose a message, I can only use the Desktop or @rogers.blackberry.net e-mail addresses to send. Why can I not see the additional 3-4 e-mail accounts I have in my BIS account?

Any thoughts?

Thanks,

-Tony

Go back into BIS and resend the service books. If that fails try a good ole battery pull.
