Default Calendar appointments off...frustrated.

Please Login to Remove!

I have a user on a pearl, OS version 4.3.0.60. His appointments are an hour off. There are multiple other users using this BES and none are having the issues. I had the user change his time to "Blackberry" and have verified he's in the correct time zone.

I don't know what else to do - can anyone suggest anything?

did the user install the DST patch? (its not necessary on that device). Also, check the computer that the user has, it may not have the DST patch from Microsoft (if they are inputing the calendar information on the PC)

No they haven't installed the DST patch - I didn't think they needed to. As I read, that OS version has it. This user isn't using a PC, they're totally over the air.

Should I install the patch?
