I've searched and searched and never found an answer to this issue. My 2 IT guys are also not able to fix it, saying it's an issue with the Pearl.
BES hosted through my company server
BES version 4.1.4
About my 5th Pearl, last 3 have had this issue (that I noticed)
Windows XP Pro
I create an appointment in Calendar, on the BB. The appointment will not always sync with Outlook 2007 Calendar. Sometimes it will, but I cannot trust it to work, it fails a majority of the time.
To test this, I will enter sample appts, 1 to 5 at a time, and see how many of them will actually sync. I'll do this while out of the office, then check, hours later, to see if they've come over. Usually, they don't.
-doing battery pulls each morning
-changing various options in calendar
-repeatedly bugging my IT guys, who are great, and who are wishing I'd just go away.
At this point I've switched from a paper calendar to all electronic and now feel I been screwed because I am all in and it won't work consistently.
What can I do? Any ideas?
