Hi there...

All of the sudden, as of last night, I'm getting the hourglass all the time, and my BB Pearl is VERY VERY slow and sometimes hung up.

I apologize if this has been answered before, but could someone give me some idea of what's going on and how I can resolve it?

Slowness and hour glass is an indication of low memory. Menu>option>Status (write down your file free) now pull your battery while the device is on. It should have increased. To free up memory please see:

My memory is apparently down to 500 mb, so that's the problem.

My follow up question is how to remove stuff from the BB Pearl (with VZW).

I am hooked up thru my work and sync with my work outlook, etc. so I don't use the Desktop Manager. Ca

Can I delete programs directly off my BB? And if so, how? And I'd love to get rid of extra rings, etc.
