I downloaded pocketmac and that allows me to sync my blackberry with the mac but I still can't use bluetooth to send information like pictures or songs to my blackberry. Also, when i plug my blackberry in with the usb cord it doesn't show up on the desktop so there is no way to drag files or put other information not included in pocketmac onto my blackberry. PLEASE HELP!!!

Welcome to the forums.
First thing to do is goto settings-media card and make sure mass storage mode is on and also auto enable mass storage is set to prompt or on. Then connect it to you mac via USB. Bluetooth on the BB is crippled due to security reasons. Your SD card should mount after a short wait. If you selected prompt, then selet yes on the BB when asked to enable mass storage support. You can also find some great resources in the mac forum. Hope this helps
