I tried a search on this, but came up empty. When I send an e-mail from my device, it's sent twice for some reason. I thought to just reset through BIS, but is there any other suggestion to fix this? I ran several test to my own Outlook, and confirmed the issue. Thanks.

resend servicebooks, if still no good, remove / add at the BIS site
