Default Speaker phone questions

Whenever I use the voice dial, the call goes to the earpiece speaker. Is there anyway to keep it on the speaker phone without having to press the speaker phone button?
Also, can't you answer an incoming call by pressing the speaker phone button instead of the answer button first?

My solution was to get an ear piece.
Good luck,

I seldom use it in the car, and when I do, it's with the speaker phone. I have a bluetooth headset, but don't really use it. To be honest with you, it was just a question as I do so little actual talking, it's pathetic. 99% of my activity is on line; texting, emails, surfing etc (I have a 300 minute plan, and usually have 200 minutes left). I just thought it would be nice to just push 1 button to answer a call instead of 2.
Again, Thanks for the input.
