Default Likely an uninformed question, but I need help with device software.

Please Login to Remove!
Whenever I try to use the application loader, I only get an error message stating that the Desktop software doesn't have the device software. What am I doing wrong.

You need to install the OS for your phone besides Desktop Manager.

For Tmobile:

Unsupported Browser

According to t-mobile's site, my phone's OS is up to date.
