Is there a way to change the color of the Top indicators from white to black?

If you mean the indicators on the ribbon bar on a particular theme, then no, there's not.

The indicators meaning the Battery life and the wireless signal they are white now but i wanted them to be black so i can have a white back ground

I don't know, you need to check out the theme builder software, look over in the Media Section here.

I answered in post number 3. The only way is to change themes or build your own theme as JSanders suggested.

Yeah im trying to search for the theme builder right now but havnt seen anything right now im thinking i will just figure out what back ground i want then photoshop the correct dimensions with colored bars above and below it
