Deleted the Perloaded ringtone now it doesn't ring

You'll need to set another ringtune. If you deleted the preloadeds you'll need some custome ringtones, though:

Forgot to add my pearl Freezes when try to open my alarm and make changes to my phone profile

how much free memory do you have? have you tried a battery pull?
my ringtone randomly stopped coming on for a few hours but i just waited it out and it came back

I have 9599869 bytes if device memory and 2 gig SD card. it only freezes when i try to open my alarm or try to change my phone profile for ringtones. the only way that i can stop the freeze is to hold the power button down to turn off the phone, then when i open it again it is fine but i still cant make those changes
I also tried to use the backup that i made to restore it to the point it was at before i deleted those files in the shared folder. However that did not work.
I am going to try to reinstall the operating system

Just make sure that when you reinstall that you exclude the sample video and anything else that you don't use like the help application. That should give you some wiggle room to get rid of other things. It seems really low. I am wondering if you accidently wound up with some pics or music directly on the device memory...

Well, I think i figured out what was causes my Pearl to freeze. I think i installed the wrong OS on it. I say this because once i installed the sprint OS over the other OS that i had installed my pearl started to function properly again.
No more freeze and i have my ringer and vibrate function back.
So be careful what you install on your phone.

And I didn't see that you had upgraded the OS in your original post or this thread may have taken a much different path...

I am having a difficult time understanding your second question. Can you please try restating it? On the first question, I am guessing that you are looking for your username for your @carrier.blackberry.net account? If so you
can try: Menu>options>Advanced Options>Service Books (Scroll through the list, do you see it there?)
