Default Syncing with enterprise server

Please Login to Remove!

I have recently setup an enterprise server and 2 devices. 1 device works great, constantly updates and syncs messages. The other device won't synchronize the messages in the inbox. I did a complete wipe on the device and reactivated the Enterprise activation to no help. If the user receives a new email it will appear on the device. Once that message is marked read or moved to another folder at the desktop, it stays in the inbox on the blackberry device. It will never remove it from the inbox on the device even though it has been moved in outlook. I am using the latest version of BES with Exchange. Like I said, one device is working without a hitch and I have mirrored all settings between the two. Any help is greatly appreciated.
