Default Radio Off..help!

Please Login to Remove!

yesterday my battery was real low and it turned my radio off, once i got it on the charger i restored the connections and it worked for a little bit. Then the rest of the night I'd try to make a call it would get about 20 secs in and disconnect, and now once again the radio just keeps shutting off today, Ill turn it back on run a diagnostics test and it just shuts off...I've done like 20 batt pulls and I just can't figure this out....any help?? thanks

Why do you think your phone thinks it has a low battery even though the charge is full?

My guess would be you have a bad battery. Or you are running applications and don't know even know it as this would deplete your battery.

If your BB is plugged in, does it do the same?

It probably is bad battery.

If it is new then I would take it to the vzw store and make them address the issue. Good luck! Just out of curiousity....when you were charging it did the charging sign appear on screen? Are you using a wall or USB charger?

just an update for anyone who cares, I took it into verizon they didn't even try to do anything for me the lady there, who was just rude and not helpful in anyway, immediately threw me on the phone with verizon 40 minutes later, and after trying a new battery, a soft reset, and a full wipe, they decided to overnight me a replacement, ugh what a hassle.

An inconvenience, YES! The brightside is you are getting it replaced. I hope your replacement works out.
