Default browser so slow

Please Login to Remove!

my wife and i both have an 8130 with Verizon. the trouble is my browser is so slow compared to my wife's. when i try to open the browser or any bookmark etc... it takes forever. ive cleared my cache and did a battery pull. i have an empty 2gb card installed. any ideas? thanks in advance.

Compare your browser settings. You might have java enabled witch will slow you down a bit.

i have actually disabled java. im at the end of my rope. the wife is out of town and its killing me...you know, that my browser is slow.

I don't know what else would effect that. Maybe emulation set to something other than handheld?

how is your device memory? do you have a lot of applications/themes installed?
