Question Postfix: Unable to receive emails

Looking for any comments/suggestions since my call to Blackberry gets me the same robots asking me to do the same troubleshooting...

My programmer recently created a new mail server for my company using Postfix. I created a new email address on my blackberry and have tied it with this new mail server. I am able to email out, but all test emails to this new email address are not showing up on my blackberry.

Is there perhaps a authentication problem? Is there some kind of redirect that I need to perform on my blackberry?

Can someone shoot over some advice?

Welcome to the BBF... assuming you are on BIS, not BES?

On your BB, at Options > Advanced > Service Books, do you see the email address listed on which you wish to receive mail?
