First of all I wanted to say these forums are SO useful! Whenever I get stuck a quick search points me in the right direction!
I am having a problem with one Blackberry device - its an 8320 Pearl which won't let Blackberry Maps work - it just comes up with the following error message "Your device is not configured for BIS access. Consult your wireless service provider"
I have just rolled out over 50 devices all connected to our Exchange BES server, other devices work fine including the Blackberry Maps.
The device did have an IT policy applied, I have defaulted this, re-applied and cold booted the device. The Blackberry Browser works fine & the device can sync email, calendar, tasks, etc. without any problems using the BES service via Vodafone UK.
I have even compared the settings against a working 8320, and they match.
I tried a google search for that particular message, and on these forums but couldn't find anything relating to it.
Any help would be really appreciated!
