Default Pearl 8120 home screen alert - what is it?

Please Login to Remove!

There's an alert icon on my home screen, and I can't work out what it is - or make it go away!

It's in the middle of the screen, right above the time, and it looks like a blue octagon with random yellow markings on it. It has the number '1' beside it.

I've done a forum search and the only thing I could find was one about an alert for a webpage request, which could be cleared by removing the battery - the old ones are the best! Unfortunately, this hasn't worked, so any help would be appreciated.

I am really not sure what you are describing but let's see if it's a browser message. Go into the messagel folder and hit Menu>View Folder>WAP Push Messages (Does anything come up?) If so read or delete and it should clear it.

Let us know if that is not it!

Good Luck!

Cracked it! Of course, now I'm wondering what page I was on to get that message. Thanks for your help.
