Default 8130...how are you encoding videos?

i have tried to convert, but had some issues. im curious as to see how the majority of you encode your videos for your phone.

Handbrake for DVD's and MPEG Streamclip for anything else.

I use DVD Fab Platinum. It works flawlessly. I then use the roxio media manager that came with the phone to shrink it to fit the screen. I have Bourne Ultimatum and Batman Begins on my 8130 and they both play with zero lag and audio is synced perfectly.

doesnt roxio encode avis and mpegs to fit to the pearl? i wasnt able to find directions...anyone where i can find instructions? i recall only seeing two options to import audio and photo.
