Default My Phone Is Getting Hot

Please Login to Remove!

I have a blackberry pearl 8100 and I purchased a car charger, wall charger and a battery in ebay for less than $20.00
After I started using it I noticed that when my phone is connected for over 20 minutes it starts getting hot, also when Im on a phone call for over 5 minutes it also gets hot.
Las my phone does not last half od day with battery.

I know this is not normal because I have another pearl 8100 with everything original and that does not hapeen.

Any help on this, are does batteries on ebay bad???????
Or maybe the charges are the problem?????

Thanks for any information on this issue!!!!!!!!!

Hi,
Well, I had the same problem, all i did was call AT&T and reported my problem and they sent me a brand new Pearl.

They said you have a year since the purchase of the phone to report a default and they WILL send you a brand new phone.

But you have to remember to save all your numbers (and all other apps to your sim card) because new phone is...well, new.

You also have to send your old phone to AT&T, which is really easy...they explain everything realy good.
