You probably did, but doesn't hurt to make sure: Did you try deleting browser cache and cookies?

Default Same issue

I'm also getting the same issue.. same error for all files i'm trying to download.
Cleared cookies, temp internet files etc, also used different browsers.
what is the reason, could that be something related to IP address..

Sounds like an IP or possibly a firewall issue. Try repairing your network connection, checking the settings on your router if you have one and try turning your firewall off when you download.
