I have the Pearl with T-Mobile (with data service) and I cannot send or receive any type of pictures in MMS. Called my carrier and they said that my set up should support picture messages. Any suggestions? I've been using the BB for over a year now and really like it. This was never really a problem until lately when the kids want me to send them pics of something I'm looking at.

Same holds true with video's. I cannot view them when e-mailed to me or an on-line video.

I'm sure there has been plenty of discussion on this but a search didn't help me any. (Me and electronic stuff don't bond well)
